Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Female Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects to sell products or services, provide information, or follow up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects to sell products or services, provide information, or follow up on leads.

2. Build relationships with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.

6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve sales techniques.

8. Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve skills and performance.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

2. 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related field.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

7. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a call center or telesales environment.

2. Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.

3. Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.

4. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
