Telecaller Executive
Location: Zirakpur & Mohali
Qualifications Required:
· Minimum qualification: Graduation (Regular)
· Language proficiency: Hindi, English, and Punjabi (all required)
Experience:
· 1 year of proven experience in Telecalling roles,
Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and customer engagement
· Meet or exceed monthly telecalling targets
· Maintain accurate sales
· Deliver strong customer service and resolve inquiries professionally
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Freshers can also apply
· Immediate joiners will be given priority
· Excellent persuasive and communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi
· Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
· Confident and result-oriented approach
