About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Executive in the Media Production sector is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching media and production services (such as video production, advertising, content creation, etc.), and generating leads. The role also involves following up on inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales and production teams with client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (corporates, agencies, brands, etc.) to promote media production services.
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant services such as video shoots, advertisements, post-production, or content development.
• Generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos with the business development or creative team.
• Follow up on warm leads and existing client inquiries.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate and detailed records.
• Coordinate internally with creative and production teams for client updates and project alignment.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge about the company’s services.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Collect feedback from clients and report trends or issues to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Care Executive preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pitch creative services effectively.
• Good organizational and CRM/data entry skills.
• Strong listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Good listening skills and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telesales, customer service, or call center.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Multilingual communication ability is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
