Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients and help them become online sellers on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, guiding them patiently, and helping small businesses grow through eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our eCommerce onboarding services.
• Guide clients through the registration and setup process on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms.
• Clearly communicate service benefits, required documents, and next steps.
• Maintain detailed call logs, follow-up records, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
• Build positive relationships with clients and encourage them to complete onboarding successfully.
• Meet weekly/ monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory).
• Confidence in handling phone conversations.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (training will be provided).
• Ability to explain information clearly and patiently.
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Basic computer knowledge for updating records.
• Prior telecalling experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or any degree.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
