Job Description

Job Title: Tele Caller Executive – BeastDrive

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential customers.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to BeastDrive services.
Provide clear information, resolve doubts, and guide customers effectively.
Convert inquiries into confirmed ticket sales through persuasive communication.
Record call details, follow-ups, and maintain customer data accurately.
Consistently achieve daily/weekly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently handle customer objections and negotiate.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Proficiency in at least one South Indian language is important:
Malayalam
Tamil
Telugu
Kannada
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,024.96 - ₹25,900.08 per month

Work Location: In person
