Role: Tele caller Executive (Female)

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven female Tele caller Executives to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining services, and scheduling follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone with experience in tele calling or BPO, looking to grow in the e-commerce services space.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing inquiries
• Explain company services in a clear and persuasive manner
• Collect and update customer details accurately
• Follow up with leads and support lead conversion
• Maintain proper call records and report daily updates
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client onboarding

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Tele calling
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English is an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable working with daily call targets
• Should be available to work onsite from our Moti Nagar office
