Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing clients to inform them about our financial and investment products.
• Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM databases regularly.
• Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and new opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable investment or financial solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client servicing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling or tele sales (preferably in financial services).
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage).

Education:

• Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
