Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Education Counselor to join our team at LearnMore Technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students on suitable career paths, explaining course details, and helping them make informed decisions about their learning journey.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Counsel students on training programs like Python, Java, Full Stack, Data Science, AWS, DevOps, Digital Marketing, and Testing.

Understand students educational and career goals and recommend appropriate courses.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Provide detailed information about course structures, fees, duration, and placement support.

Maintain and update student databases (CRM or Excel).

Coordinate with trainers and the placement team for smooth student onboarding.

Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Attend education fairs, seminars, and other promotional activities when required.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi/local language).

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of IT courses/training industry preferred.

Basic computer and MS Office skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.Role & responsibilities
