Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone, explaining financial products and services, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records of conversations, providing relevant financial guidance to clients, and meeting predefined targets while adhering to company protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build client relationships.
• Customer Service Orientation: Skills in resolving queries, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Sales and Persuasion Skills: Ability to explain products clearly, handle objections, and meet sales targets effectively.
• Organizational and Administrative Skills: Record-keeping, maintaining call logs, and adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant regional languages is preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales roles is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
