Role Description We are seeking a Tele caller for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The Tele caller will manage outbound and inbound calls, assist potential and existing clients with product inquiries, and provide guidance on Tally Prime customization services. Responsibilities include client follow-ups, maintaining customer databases, scheduling appointments with sales and technical teams, and handling customer feedback professionally. The role requires direct engagement with businesses to explain and promote our ERP solutions and data integration offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers. Proficiency in managing phone calls, time management, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of ERP systems, accounting software (such as Tally Prime), and business operations is advantageous. Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and customer service orientation. Prior experience in telecalling, sales support, or customer relationship roles is a plus. Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and client databases. Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi, or regional languages as applicable.
