The Telecaller Loan Sales is responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for loan products
Explain loan offerings such as Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.
Generate and qualify leads and forward them to Relationship Managers
Maintain daily call reports and lead status in CRM/MIS
Follow up with interested customers for document collection and appointment fixing
Handle customer queries and provide basic loan information
Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation targets
