Key Responsibilities • Visit assigned colleges and conduct demos to explain our product clearly and confidently. • Present product features and benefits to college management, faculty, and students. • Collect accurate student leads from demos, seminars, and expos. • Maintain proper data of all collected leads and update it on time. • Click and share photos from every location/visit as part of reporting and documentation. • Coordinate with your manager immediately if you face any issues with permissions or meetings; resolve them at the earliest. • Travel to different cities whenever required for demos, events, and student activities. • Actively participate in expos, education fairs, and represent the company professionally. • Make calls only when needed (not regular calling), depending on the situation. • Maintain simple reports for visits, performance, and lead status. Requirements • Must have a bike with a valid driving license. • Must maintain professional dressing and grooming. • Laptop and mobile phone are mandatory for official work. • Good communication skills and confidence while interacting with students & management. • Ability to manage time, travel schedules, and tasks independently. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Zonal Manager to lead, guide, and monitor a team of Student Relationship Officers (SROs). This role requires strong leadership, planning, field monitoring, and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations across colleges in the assigned zone. You will be a leader who monitors everything carefully and supports the management in all operations. Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership • Lead, supervise, and support all SROs in the assigned zone. • Ensure SROs follow daily plans, visit schedules, and maintain professionalism. • Provide continuous training, motivation, and performance guidance to the team. • Review and approve demos, college visits, reports, and documentation shared by SROs. • Act as a strong leader who monitors every activity and aligns the team with management goals. Operational & Field Responsibilities • Create daily/weekly/monthly visit plans and targets for SROs. • Coordinate with colleges, management, and stakeholders to organize demos, seminars, and expos. • Resolve escalations or permission issues reported by SROs immediately. • Visit key colleges personally to ensure quality demos and represent the organization. Reporting & Data Management • Monitor SRO performance, lead quality, conversions, location photos, and visit reports. • Ensure SROs maintain proper student data, lead sheets, and documentation. • Consolidate all zone-wise reports and submit them to senior management on time. • Track attendance, travel schedules, discipline, and daily productivity of SROs. Targets & Growth • Achieve zone-level demo, lead, and conversion targets. • Identify new colleges, opportunities, and partnerships for business expansion. • Ensure high performance and consistent improvements across the zone. Professional Standards • Ensure the team maintains proper dressing, communication, and behaviour during visits. • Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, faculty, and event organizers. Requirements • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in team handling / field operations / sales / academic coordination. • Strong leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and ability to lead by example. • Excellent communication and people-management skills. • Ability to travel within the zone whenever required. • Laptop & mobile phone mandatory; bike with valid license preferred. • Good planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
