Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller, based in Kozhikode. The Tele Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients. You will provide excellent customer service, address queries, and assist in maintaining accurate records to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for confidently engaging with patients over the phone
• Organizational and time management skills to manage appointment scheduling effectively
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with appointment software and data entry
• Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or dental clinic environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum one year experience.
