Location: Kota, Raipur
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary & Compensation:

• 10,000 – 20,000 per month
• Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance

Experience Requirements:

• Freshers can be considered
• Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Caller to join our team at Kota, Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating effectively with customers, and supporting business growth through professional call interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude during calls
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently
• Basic understanding of customer handling
• Willingness to learn and adapt (training will be provided for freshers)
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of mobile/CRM systems is an added advantage
