We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our Overseas Recruitment Consultancy. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and candidates, generating leads, and scheduling interviews. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and passion for recruitment will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates to generate leads and promote job openings.

2. Schedule interviews and follow up with clients and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication.

4. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, interviews scheduled, and conversions.

5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placement.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
