Job Title: Tekla Modeller – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Location: Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Industry Preference: PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate

  3D models in Tekla Structures

  for PEB projects including primary and secondary steel structures.
• Prepare

  detailed fabrication drawings, GA drawings, Erection drawings, and BOQ

  .
• Generate

  NC files, DXF files, Bolt lists, Cutting lists

  , and other necessary outputs from Tekla.
• Coordinate with the

  Design and Engineering team

  for drawing finalization and technical clarity.
• Ensure drawings are developed as per

  project specifications, standards, and client requirements

  .
• Perform

  clash checking and resolve modelling issues

  before final release.
• Support the

  production and erection team

  by providing drawing clarifications as needed.
• Maintain drawing revision control and ensure

  timely submission of deliverables

  .
• Work closely with

  project coordinators and site engineers

  for smooth execution of steel structure erection.

✅ Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Tekla Structures (Steel Modelling)

  .
• Good understanding of

  PEB components

  – Rafters, Columns, Purlins, Girts, Bracings, Base Plates, Connection Details, etc.
• Knowledge of

  PEB standards, fabrication processes, and erection tolerances

  .
• Ability to interpret

  structural design calculations and connection details

  .
• Basic understanding of

  IS codes / International standards

  for steel structures (added advantage).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple drawing submissions.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.Tech / ITI – Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering

• Experience:

  2–5 years in Tekla Modelling specifically in

  PEB or Structural Steel Industry

• Experience in

  PEB fabrication drawings
