Position: Sr. Modeler / Checkers - TEKLA Experience: 5 to 10 years Location: Hyderabad Roles & Responsibilities : Working Experience in US-Detailing industry (Tekla) Must be a Civil / Mechanical Engineer (Dipl. / Degree). Experience in AISC, AWS & OSHA standards. (Candidate working on these Standards in his current role is preferable) Knowledge of industry standards such as AISC, AWS, ACI, ASTM, CRSI & CSA Create structural & miscellaneous models. Reviews contract documents to learn the project scope of work and requirements. Interpret contract documents and incorporate approval comments, design changes. RFI Preparation Software Tool Knowledge (SDS/2, TEKLA, REBAR) Less Internal/External Modelling Errors (BFA, Shop & Field calls) Exposure on Types of Projects (Bridges, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Commercial, Processing Plan, Etc.) QMS Process Appropriate Documentation. Role & responsibilities
