The ideal candidatewill possess a combination of technical expertise and a collaborative spirit, with a passion foroptimising advanced, reliable, and scalable systems.Key Responsibilities:As a Tech Ops Specialist, the perfect candidates primary responsibilities will encompass variousaspects of system maintenance and optimisation, ensuring the delivery of robust and high-qualitysolutions. The role will involve active participation in the day-to-day troubleshooting and issueresolution. Key responsibilities include:1. System Maintenance and Optimization:Ensure the smooth operation of our technical systems, conducting regularmaintenance and optimizing performance.2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Respond to technical issues promptly, diagnose problems, and implementeffective solutions to minimize downtime.

3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with other departments to understand their technical requirementsand provide support in implementing solutions.4. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain and enrich accurate documentation of system configurations, issues, andresolutions.5. Continuous Learning and Technology Evaluation:Stay abreast of industry trends, assess emerging technologies, and makerecommendations for the adoption of new tools or processes.

Qualifications:
Very good knowledge of MySQL with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience. Fluency in Linux commands / Windows environments. Experience with monitoring systems such as Nagios. Experience with ticketing/issue tracking systems such as Atlassians JIRA/ Clickup. Excellent command of the English language. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
