As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support professional with 3 to 6 years of experience, your role will primarily involve supporting and maintaining Guidewire Claim Center applications. You must be flexible to work in shifts, including rotational shifts like India Shift and UK Shift, as well as provide on-call support on a rostered rotational basis. Your responsibilities will include maintenance, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment of Guidewire CC Configuration and Integration. Additionally, you will design, modify, and implement the Guidewire product suite. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the Guidewire framework, implementation, architecture, and components. Experience in GuideWire Claim Center version 9.0 or above is essential. You should be well-versed in development streams such as Configuration, Integration, or Both. Proficiency in Guidewire platform components like Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Model is crucial. You will also be responsible for implementing rules using GOSU scripting, Metadata Configuration of Rules, and integrating with external systems using Guidewire Platform supported techniques. Your technical skills should include knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Familiarity with Tomcat and/or Websphere/WebLogic is required. Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, particularly in the Insurance domain, will be beneficial. You should also have a good understanding of software development best practices and excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior client-facing experience and proficiency with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, and Jenkins are desirable. To qualify for this role, you should have expertise in Guidewire CC Config, Gosu Scripting, UI & Data Models, Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System.
