Job Description

Microsoft 365 (M365) Support Engineer

Role Overview

The M365 Administrator L3 will provide expert-level support, design solutions, and lead complex troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services. This includes governance, compliance, automation, and architecture-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead root cause analysis and provides permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Design and implement governance and compliance strategies.

Develop advanced automation scripts using PowerShell.

Manage Conditional Access, DLP, and advanced security configurations.

Coordinate with stakeholders for architecture-level changes.

Mentor L1 and L2 teams and provide technical guidance.

Experience Required (6+ Years)

Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, automation, and security compliance.

Required Skills

Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and integrations.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and security frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft CertifiedEnterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
