As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support Technical Engineer at EY, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and support of Guidewire Claim Center. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting and maintaining Guidewire Claim Center with 3 to 6 years of experience - Flexibility to work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift, UK Shift) and provide On Call Support on a rostered rotational basis - Experience in maintenance, support, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment - Managing Guidewire CC Integration & Configuration To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework, implementation, architecture, and components - Experience with GuideWire Claim Center 9.0 version or higher - Proficiency in development streams like Configuration/Integration/Both - Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform including Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Model - Implementation of Rules using GOSU scripting and Metadata Configuration of Rules - Integration with External Systems and Guidewire Platform supported integration techniques - Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - Strong skills in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Experience with Tomcat or WebSphere/WebLogic - Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Prior experience in incident management and problem management - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins To qualify for this role, you must have expertise in the following: - Guidewire CC Config - Gosu Scripting, UI & Data Models - Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Tomcat and/or Web sphere/WebLogic Certification in Guidewire CC and ITIL would be advantageous for this role.
