Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC)

Role Overview: As an individual contributor in this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation. Your main focus will be on handling the end-to-end tech talent acquisition process, understanding the profiles of clients and their operating environments, and clarifying IT hiring requirements with client-facing managers. You will play a crucial role in creatively searching for and engaging with potential candidates, profiling shortlisted candidates, facilitating the interview process, and ensuring a win-win situation for all parties involved.
