Technology Support Engineer

Project Role Description
Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide MDM and MAM support using enterprise tools (Intune, JamF).
  • Add or remove users from mobile services and manage device enrollment.
  • Enforce mobile IT policies such as remote wipe, password lock, and policy reapplication.
  • Roll out mobile applications using Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
  • Deploy and validate security updates and patches across mobile platforms.
  • Perform break-fix support for company-owned mobile devices and associated OS/applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with OEM vendors for root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, business units, and third-party vendors to resolve release defects.
  • Support change and release management processes for mobile infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation for mobile infrastructure changes and updates.
  • Generate monthly reports on MDM/MAM coverage, issue trends, and optimization recommendations.________________________________________Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with:oMicrosoft Intune (including App Protection Policies)oJamF Pro for macOS/iOS device managementoMobile Application Management (MAM)oApple Business Manager, Android Zero-Touch EnrollmentoConditional Access, Remote Wipe, Lost Mode, Passcode Reset
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility architecture and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.________________________________________Process Knowledge
