Project Role Description :
Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Must have skills :Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools

Role:ThousandEyes Monitoring SME End-User Experience, Level 10Role Description:We are seeking a skilled Monitoring SME with hands-on expertise in ThousandEyes, The candidate will be responsible for managing ThousandEyes Endpoint Agents, configuring synthetic and real user tests, and designing dashboards for real-time visibility into user experience and application performance.Must Have Skills:
  • - ThousandEyes Product Expertise (Endpoint Agents, Synthetic Testing, Path Visualization, Dashboard Creation)- Basic Scripting (Python/Bash) for automation and data extractionGood to Have
    Skills:
  • - Experience with SaaS and Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Webex, Teams)- Knowledge of Wi-Fi and VPN performance metrics- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)- Exposure to Cisco networking tools and integrationsJob Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Deploy and manage ThousandEyes Endpoint Agents across distributed user environments.Configure synthetic and real user monitoring tests to track application latency, network path performance, and end-user experience.Monitor and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, and SaaS application performance from the users perspective.Design and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into user experience, service health, and operational metrics.Collaborate with IT and network teams to resolve user-impacting issues and optimize performance.Document monitoring configurations, test strategies, and incident response procedures.
    Technical Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in ThousandEyes monitoring implementation and administration (Endpoint Agents, Synthetic Testing, Dashboard Creation). Proficiency in basic scripting and exposure to ITSM or SaaS monitoring is preferred.Professional Attributes:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Educational Qualification and Certification:Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (Cisco, ThousandEyes) are a plus. Qualification 15 years full time education
