Job Description

Key Deliverables

Provide Tier I and II support for hardware and software issues
Develop, test, and maintain workstation images for Windows and Apple products
Perform Active Directory Moves/Adds/Changes and support hardware/software setup
Maintain data communications and connectivity for local, remote, and virtual office users

Role Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both in-house and remote users
Manage end-user backup and anti-virus applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workstation deployment and upgrades
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure process documentation is current
