Our client is looking for an experienced SAP AMS cum Training Head to provide end-to-end support and maintenance for SAP applications across multiple modules and Training to new joiners. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, change management, and system enhancements to ensure smooth business operations and high system availability. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP modules as part of the AMS team. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents within agreed SLA timelines. Analyze and document recurring issues to implement permanent fixes or improvements . Work with business users to gather requirements for enhancements or new functionalities . Support configuration changes, testing, and deployment of SAP updates. Coordinate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and Functional teams for integrated issue resolution. Maintain incident and change logs using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, SolMan). Participate in periodic system health checks, audits, and performance tuning . Ensure compliance with change management and ITIL processes . Provide user training and documentation for common SAP procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field . 26 years of experience in SAP AMS or SAP support roles . Expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.). Strong understanding of SAP system landscape, integration points, and data flow . Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL-based support processes . Ability to handle incident management, change requests, and enhancements . Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills . Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in relevant module(s). Experience with S/4HANA environment or transition projects. Exposure to automation or monitoring tools in AMS operations.
