SAP PIPO/ CPI Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end integrations using SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for various business processes.
• Design, implement, and support integrations across different platforms such as SAP, non-SAP, cloud, and on-premise solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand business requirements and design integration solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain SAP PI/PO and CPI interfaces, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of integration issues.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of integration projects from design, implementation, testing, go-live, and support.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to integration design, interfaces, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide support for production systems, handle change requests, and assist with system upgrades.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and help in knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure the proper handling of message monitoring, error handling, and system alerts.
• Develop and maintain integration best practices and standards across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Expertise

• SAP PI/PO

  : Deep understanding of SAP PI/PO integration concepts, configurations, and troubleshooting.

• SAP CPI

  : Expertise in integrating cloud applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

• Integration Technologies

  : Proficiency in different integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, IDoc, FTP, and SFTP.

• Mapping

  : Experience with graphical mapping, Java mappings, XSLT, and other transformation techniques.

• Adapters

  : Expertise in configuring adapters like File, FTP, JDBC, SOAP, IDoc, HTTP, and others.

• Middleware

  : Knowledge of middleware concepts, message mapping, and routing.

• SAP Cloud Integration

  : Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and other SAP cloud offerings, including integration with third-party applications.

• B2B/EDI Integration

  : Experience in integrating with B2B protocols such as AS2, OFTP, etc.

• Troubleshooting & Monitoring

  : Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in SAP PI/PO/CPI monitoring tools (Runtime Workbench, Message Monitoring, etc.)

• Integration Best Practices

  : Ability to design scalable, reusable, and maintainable integration solutions.

• Project Management

  : Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple integrations simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
