Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 3-7 years of expertise in cloud services, API and google workspace.

PRIMARY :

API Strategy & Development
- Own the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions using Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Admin SDK, Directory, etc.).
- Build and maintain custom scripts, tools, and integrations to optimize workflows across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation and integration opportunities using Google Apps Script, REST APIs, and OAuth2.
- Manage and govern integrations from Google s Vertex AI to both Google Workspace solutions and non-Google Workspace solutions as well as integrations of 3rd party AI solutions (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow) into Google Workspace.
Platform Governance & Management
- Manage API access and permissions in accordance with organizational security policies.
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and scalability of Google Workspace integrations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory, and security requirements.
Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects involving business stakeholders, IT, and engineering to implement Google Workspace-based solutions.
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Support & Documentation
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, playbooks, and user guides.
- Provide Level 3 support for advanced issues involving API integrations and automation workflows.

SECONDARY:

Good knowledge of ITIL and experience with ITSM frameworks, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Demand, Event, and Knowledge Management.
Owns and drives product changes and POCs through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Establishes continuous improvement and automation processes, ensuring business continuity and optimal user experience.
Capable of managing Partners, Suppliers, and Subcontractors.

GOOD TO HAVE:

Google Workspace Administrator or Google Cloud certifications.
Experience with Google Vertex AI
Experience with service management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.
Experience integrating Google Workspace with third-party SaaS platforms (Slack, Salesforce, Okta, etc.).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD for automation scripts.
Experience in Service Delivery Management and Project Management is a plus.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Work with minimal direct guidance, self-motivated and proactive.
