About The Role

Project Role :Technology Platform Engineer

Project Role Description :Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration.
Must have skills :Talend ETL

Good to have skills :A&D Aftermarket
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As an Application Developer & Support specialist, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while ensuring that all development work adheres to best practices and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a team of 6-8 members

Review the tickets, categorize tickets as L1.5, L2 , L3, Service requests or minor enhancements and assign to resource and ensure ticket are closed within the SLA

Manage all priority Business impacting issues are taken to closure

Do status reporting of tickets, minor enhancement to the client. Provide status update to client in the weekly, monthly etc. ticket review call

Manage the minor enhancement delivery - review solution design, test script, code, review, documentation etc.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Provide support coverage outside business hours for critical issues

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Talend ETL.

Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and practices.

Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.

Ability to work with various data formats and sources.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Talend ETL.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
