Job Title: Technology Lead Location: Mumbai / Pune | Experience: 3-6 years | Full-time We're looking for a high-agency, technically strong, and entrepreneurial individual to join us in a senior leadership role. You'll take full ownership of our product architecture, help shape our engineering team and culture, and directly contribute to building scalable, high-impact solutions for industrial clients across the globe. Roles & Responsibilities Architect, build, and scale modern web and AI-enabled applications with a focus on performance, modularity, and security. Take end-to-end ownership of technical decisions: stack, architecture, deployment, and DevOps. Lead and mentor a small but fast-growing cross-functional team of backend, frontend, AI/ML, and IoT developers. Be hands-on with critical components: write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; review pull requests; and set high engineering standards. Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate customer needs into robust tech solutions. Establish and promote strong engineering practices, including CI/CD, code quality, system monitoring, and rapid iteration. Stay ahead of the curve on evolving tools and technologies and guide the team accordingly. What You Bring 3-6 years of experience in software engineering roles, with strong foundations in full-stack or systems design. Excellent programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with C/C++ is a bonus. Solid exposure to AI/ML workflows (e.g., model pipelines, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with scalable architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Product mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound architectural trade-offs. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats - coding, mentoring, firefighting, and strategizing. Strong communication skills and an ability to simplify technical complexity for diverse stakeholders. A genuine interest in solving real-world industrial problems with cutting-edge tech. Bonus Points For Experience with IoT systems, industrial protocols, or cloud-connected devices. Exposure to industrial automation, digital twins, or asset-intensive industries.
