The working hours will align with Canadian business hours to ensure seamless collaboration and communication with our clients and teams based in Canada. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Project Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives.
