Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead to oversee the technical delivery of projects, design solution architectures, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies and will be adept at translating client requirements into actionable technical milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects for global clients.
Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Create and manage project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth execution.
Drive Agile and Scrum practices across teams.
Ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience delivering projects for international clients (US, UAE, Europe).
Hands-on expertise in solution architecture, system design, and technical delivery.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
