Technology Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead to oversee the technical delivery of projects, design solution architectures, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies and will be adept at translating client requirements into actionable technical milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects for global clients.
• Define technical architecture and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Create and manage project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive Agile and Scrum practices across teams.
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience delivering projects for international clients (US, UAE, Europe).
• Hands-on expertise in solution architecture, system design, and technical delivery.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
