Description

We are seeking a Technology Director for our Snowflake Center of Excellence (COE) in India. This role will be responsible for leading our Snowflake initiatives, driving data strategy, and ensuring the successful implementation of data solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Snowflake Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of data solutions.
Drive the strategic vision for data architecture and analytics using Snowflake.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in data management and analytics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all Snowflake implementations.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for Snowflake development and architecture.

Skills and Qualifications

15-22 years of experience in data engineering or data architecture roles.
Extensive experience with Snowflake architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in data integration tools and technologies, such as Apache NiFi, Talend, or Informatica.
Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations.
