Role & responsibilities

Architectural Leadership: Responsible for defining & developing the complete tech architecture, ensuring it meets both business objectives and industry requirements • Technology Blueprint: Establish a robust technology blueprint that encompasses all core systems (e.g., LOS, LMS), infrastructure components, and security protocols • Infrastructure Design & Integration: Lead the technical design and oversee the integration of various hardware and software solutions • Report to Technology Project Manager: Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of technology initiatives.

Technology Architecture Design:

• Design and implement a modular and scalable architecture that can evolve with the NBFCs growth, ensuring flexibility for future technology enhancements
• Ensure the architecture is built to be compliant, ensuring that all critical aspects such as security, data privacy, and financial reporting are embedded into the design
• Create a long-term technology vision for the NBFC in the fin. services sector Core Systems Assessment:
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions with the NBFCs architecture, enabling interoperability and data consistency across all functions
• Define the criteria for vendor selection (e.g., scalability, regulatory compliance, cost-effectiveness) for both software and hardware solutions • Implement data flow designs to ensure smooth communication between different applications such as the LOS, LMS, and external APIs IT Infrastructure & Security Management::
• Collaborate with security experts to establish robust systems for risk management and regulatory audits in accordance with RBI guidelines and ISO standards

Skills, Abilities & Know-how

Industry Experience: • 3-5 years of of experience in technology architecture, with a strong background in designing systems for financial services, NBFCs, or banks, particularly in lending operations • Proven track record of working on large-scale infrastructure setups in regulated financial environments, with direct experience managing system implementations • Knowledge of cloud-based architecture (AWS, Azure) and hands-on experience in designing cloud strategies that meet both security and operational needs

Skills, Abilities & Know-how • Technology Architecture: Expertise in creating scalable, secure, and modular technology architectures that align with business objectives and regulatory frameworks • Software Integration: Deep experience with the technical integration of financial systems such as LOS, LMS, and backend banking systems • Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and Indian data privacy laws • Enterprise Networking & Infrastructure: – Expertise in designing enterprise networks, server setups, and managing complex hardware installations to ensure robust IT performance
