About NPPD CARE

NPPD CARE is building a healthcare and wellness ecosystem with a sharp focus on

end-to-end tech solutions for hospitals and gyms

, including

analytics, operational automation, and B2B integrations

. We're in our early stages, building prototypes to validate product-market fit, and looking for foundational team members.

Role Overview

As the Technology Architect, you'll define the technical blueprint of NPPD CARE’s product suite. You’ll work closely with the founder and product teams to shape scalable, secure, and flexible healthcare tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the tech architecture for hospital and wellness platforms
  • Decide on tech stack and infrastructure choices for scalability and security
  • Build prototypes/MVPs and guide developers with best practices
  • Integrate third-party services, IoT or AI components (if required), and backend systems
  • Ensure architecture supports B2B use-cases and multi-tenant SaaS models
  • Participate in discussions on product roadmap and tech investments

Who You Are

  • Experienced full-stack developer or tech architect with deep knowledge in backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures
  • Strong in system design, APIs, security protocols, and healthcare compliance (preferred)
  • Hands-on coder who can also lead and mentor
  • Startup mindset with willingness to work on equity till funding

Compensation

This is an

equity-only

role until we secure funding.
