Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Python and Google CCAI technologies with a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our healthcare services. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable solutions using Python and Google Dialog Flow ES and CX to enhance healthcare services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google CCAI Platform and Agent Assist into existing systems.

Develop and maintain Google Info Bot solutions to streamline claims processing and improve user experience.

Analyze and optimize Medicare and Medicaid Claims processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain to support strategic initiatives and improve service delivery.

Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions to ensure high availability and performance.

Conduct regular assessments of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Lead the development of technical documentation and best practices to support ongoing operations and future projects.

Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements for healthcare data.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Python and Google Dialog Flow ES and CX.

Proven experience with Google CCAI Platform Agent Assist and Info Bot.

Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Claims processes.

In-depth knowledge of the Payer domain and claims management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work model.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
