Project Role : Technology Account Lead Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account. Must have skills : Lean Portfolio Management Good to have skills : Agile Project Management Minimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. You will integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account. Your role involves creating the technology account plan and involving the right people to maximize opportunities and build the account. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and Advisory skills. Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Provide solutions to business area problems. Lead technology initiatives to drive business growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. Develop and implement technology solutions to meet client needs. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Lean Portfolio Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile Project Management. Strong understanding of lean principles and portfolio management techniques. Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices. Ability to drive technology transformation initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Lean Portfolio Management.
