Job Description

As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account, integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client. Your role will involve leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account through up-selling and cross-selling. You will be responsible for creating the technology account plan and ensuring the right people are involved to maximize opportunities and build the account. **Key Responsibilities:** - Function as the primary contact for technology work at each account - Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client - Leverage technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell) - Create the technology account plan and involve the right people to maximize opportunities and build the account **Qualifications Required:** - Account Management experience - Sales Renewals Management expertise - Sales Enablement skills - Minimum 3 years of experience required - Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring strong, long-term customer relationships, and retention. You will identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, oversee contract renewals, negotiate pricing, and resolve customer concerns effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Solutioning, and Delivery to ensure seamless customer experiences, maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM systems, and meet/exceed sales and renewal goals by executing effective account management strategies. As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or renewals, particularly with clients in the US market. You should possess a proven track record of exceeding sales and renewal targets, strong negotiation skills, the ability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and have in-depth knowledge of Managed Services, Cloud Technology, and relevant industry trends. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for this role. This full-time position targets US-based clients within the Technology, Managed Services, and Cloud Solutions industry. You will closely collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.,
