About the Role:

Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions
• Configure and customize D365 modules as per client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
• Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Work on data migration, integrations, and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues within D365

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM / other relevant modules)
• Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of D365
• Experience with Power Platform, workflows, and integrations is a plus
• Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Proficiency in customizing forms, views, and entities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft D365 certifications (optional but a plus)
• Exposure to Azure services and Power BI is a bonus
