Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Job Type: Contract (Remote) Location: Remote About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team on a contract basis . This is a remote opportunity ideal for professionals who possess a blend of functional understanding and technical expertise in D365 modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service). Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions Configure and customize D365 modules as per client needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts Provide end-user support, training, and documentation Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities Work on data migration, integrations, and reporting Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues within D365 Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM / other relevant modules) Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of D365 Experience with Power Platform, workflows, and integrations is a plus Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders Proficiency in customizing forms, views, and entities Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft D365 certifications (optional but a plus) Exposure to Azure services and Power BI is a bonus Perks: 100% Remote work Flexible working hours (depending on client timezone) Opportunity to work on diverse D365 projects across industries To Apply: Send your updated resume to atul@digiknights.ca with the subject line: D365 Techno-Functional Consultant – Remote
