Role Description

This is a full-time role for a techno-commercial. The role includes overseeing commercial and technical operations, managing business planning and contract negotiations, and developing and implementing financial strategies. The Techno Commercial Manager will collaborate with multiple teams, EPC, retailers, distributors, and stakeholders to align commercial objectives with technical goals to ensure optimal performance and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Handle sales activities independently and support customers with timely follow-ups.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare clear and accurate techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Carry out service inspections for inverters, panels, and other solar equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure smooth system performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs for deliveries, warranty, and technical support.
• Maintain proper records of sales, service activities, and customer interactions.
