Techno-Commercial After Sales Executive Solar Inverters

You will be responsible for: - Handling after-sales service requests related to solar inverters including troubleshooting, warranty claims, AMC, and spare parts. - Coordinating with service engineers, OEMs, and customers to ensure timely issue resolution. - Maintaining detailed records of service calls, warranty claims, and spare parts consumption. - Providing technical support to clients through remote and onsite assistance, and assisting in diagnostics. - Preparing commercial offers for AMC contracts, spare parts, and service packages. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly responding to queries and handling them professionally. - Collaborating with the sales team to upsell spare parts, extended warranties, and upgrades. - Tracking and analyzing service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer feedback. - Preparing MIS reports for management on service performance and revenue.
