Key Responsibilities:
· Assist senior technicians during installation, servicing, and repair jobs.
· Learn fault diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of appliances.
· Support in handling tools, spare parts, and service equipment.
· Help maintain cleanliness and organization of service van and work area.
· Update job details and assist in completing service reports.
· Follow safety guidelines, service procedures, and company standards.
· Provide courteous customer interaction under guidance.
· Attend technical training sessions and skill development programs.
Qualifications:
· ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration & AC, or related field (Freshers welcome).
· Basic technical knowledge and strong willingness to learn.
· Good attitude, discipline, and customer-friendly approach.
· Ability to travel locally for service calls.
· Two-wheeler license preferred (not mandatory for trainees).
Career Growth:
Successful trainees will be evaluated periodically and promoted to Technician / Senior Technician roles based on performance and skill development.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
