Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT system maintenance, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting
Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain and support all IT and networking systems within the COCC facility
Ensure continuous availability of workstations, servers, display panels, and connectivity
Provide immediate technical assistance to operators for system, software, or connectivity issues
Manage UPS systems, structured cabling, and power backup monitoring
Support daily data backup, synchronization, and log management
Maintain asset inventory, licenses, and maintenance records of COCC equipment
Coordinate with OEM vendors and system administrators for periodic preventive maintenance
Assist the Project Manager during upgrades, patch deployments, and UAT sessions
