Role & responsibilities

Responsible for attending & planning day to day activities of Water System, process area, QC, QA equipment breakdowns & trouble shooting.

Handling breakdown activity with Concerned department.

Operation of purified water plant, sanitization, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, calibration, filter cleaning, filter replacement with there proper documentation.

Operation and daily verification of weighing balance.

Operating and maintenance of utility machines and water systems with there proper documentation.

Check for preventive maintenance schedule and prepare for same.

Responsible for all maintenance and service related activity with service engineer.

Check Department for cleanliness with safety aspect.

To update and execute calibration, sanitization and preventive maintenance activity in Schedule Manager (New LIMS).

To update E logbook, sanitization ,RO Plant, UF, PWD and Cleaning Records.

Daily operating , Maintenance of all production equipment's with breakdown, preventive maintenance, spares arrangements & related Documents.

Ensure compliance to safety policy , guidelines in the department.

Responsible for Equipment calibration activity and documentation.

Role of Initiator for safety work permits.

Adherence and compliance to cGMP requirements.

Responsible for to submit or issuing the documents from QA which is to be required.
