Job Description

About Intas:

Experience Required: -

Qualification Required: -

Job Responsibilities: -

Perform in-process quality checks at various stages of OSD manufacturing (granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, packing).
Monitor critical process parameters, environmental conditions, and ensure compliance with approved SOPs.
Conduct line clearance for production and packing areas.
Perform sampling activities (granules, blend, tablets /capsules) as per defined procedures.
Ensure proper execution and documentation of BMR/BPR, logbooks, and online records.
Report any deviations, abnormalities, or non-compliances to IPQA/QA supervisors.
Verify machine settings, weights, hardness, thickness, disintegration, friability, and other in-process tests.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety practices.
Support process validation, cleaning validation, and qualification activities as required.
Coordinate closely with Production, QC, and Engineering teams.
