Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Additionally, you will prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines, and conduct a test run to ensure machines produce outputs according to specifications. Your role will also involve performing complex and advanced assembly of products, high precision calibration, and advanced adjustments using testing instruments. Furthermore, you will interact directly with customers to meet their expectations and product specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Understand specifications of the task by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. - Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines - Conduct a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications - Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions - Perform high precision calibration and advanced adjustments using testing instruments - Interact directly with customers to meet their expectations and product specifications - Develop assembly and test procedures to promote production of quality products - Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any problems or substandard conditions to the supervisor - Ensure all log books are maintained according to standard operating procedures - Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings - Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures - Perform pre-assembly activities such as cleaning and lubricating Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings - Experience in machine operation and assembly - Strong attention to detail and precision in calibration and adjustments - Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues Please note that no additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
