Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and test new equipment, systems, or software.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose errors, identify solutions, and repair or replace faulty components.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of services, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Customer Support: Explain technical issues and solutions to clients in understandable terms.
