Technician

Company Overview:

InSolare Energy Ltd.

This position is responsible for assisting in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects across various sites. The Technician will work closely with site engineers and the project execution team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of electrical and mechanical works in accordance with safety standards and technical specifications.

Tasks

• Assist in installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and other system components
• Support electrical wiring, termination, and cable routing activities as per design
• Conduct basic testing of installed systems under the supervision of engineers
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues during project execution
• Maintain proper documentation of work completed, tools used, and materials handled
• Coordinate with store team for receiving and returning materials
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of work areas and tools
• Support commissioning activities by helping engineers with required tasks
• Travel to project locations across India as per work assignment

Desired Candidate Profile

• 27 years of hands-on experience in solar EPC, electrical, or construction-related fieldwork
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to read basic electrical layouts or diagrams (preferred)
• Good team spirit and willingness to work on-site under varied conditions
• Physically fit and willing to travel and work at different project locations

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade
• Candidates with solar or EPC industry exposure will be preferred
