Job Description

The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of tracker system, testing, prototype development in CSTAAR. This position involves installation, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance. By collaborating with other team members, the Technician will contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to ensure that all technical systems are functioning optimally to support the overall objectives of the organization. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a technician role or similar position. Responsibilities: Prototype and testing of tracker components in CSTAAR Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely repairs and solutions. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement standard operating procedures. Assist in the training of junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices. Skills: The required skills for this position include strong problem-solving abilities, which are essential for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial, as the Technician must accurately document maintenance activities and equipment performance. Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with team members and providing training to junior staff.
